Favours are often the only physical piece of a wedding that guests take with them, yet they tend to be overlooked in the planning and budgeting process. As a former bride myself, I think a perfect wedding favour works like an extended hug, a token that says “bring this home, enjoy it and remember how amazing you made our day just by being here with us”. I can create unique soap favours that will be a fragrant and beautiful feature at your wedding, and continue bringing smiles to your guests for weeks or even months after the big day has ended.
A basic custom stamped soap bar costs less than a glass of wine yet doesn’t come with an age requirement or a hangover, and certainly lasts a lot longer (than the wine or the hangover). Essentially, handmade soap is one of the universal simple luxuries that can be enjoyed by everyone, from 8-year old girls to 80-year old boys, from your ride-or-die BFF to the distant cousin you see once a decade. My soaps are handcrafted from scratch in my Melbourne studio and to make them extra special, I stamp the couple’s names, initials, wedding date/venue or monogram directly onto the soap. I can even adorn them with real 24-carat gold leaf if you’re feeling fancier.
