Happy Monday, friends. We’re starting the week strong with a recent fashion editorial from our last issue (Issue 22, that you can still buy in newsagencies until the end of the week, and online via our online store). This shoot speaks to all of the cool girl brides out there- looking for something sleek and sexy (say hi to the Dan Jones Braxton Gown above, available at Hope X Page), edgy (Keepsake The Label suit anyone?), while still being a little femme (hands up Oui The Label, Grace Loves Lace, Mariana Hardwick and Alca Line Bride).
As per usual, we’ve made sure there is something for everyone and have even made sure the hair and makeup on the model is one damn fine beauty reference for your big day. One of our favourite artists created the look, Liv Lundelius, while the talented fashion and wedding photographer, Jack Steel got the shots. We know, it would help if we had our model Marine’s glorious brows, but you can’t have everything, huh?!
Styling-wise, don’t be afraid to add a statement earring (or necklace for that matter- case in point the Spell & The Gypsy Collective above). We used Grace Loves Lace, Peach-It and The Line of Sun throughout, and if you’re looking for an excuse to buy a new handbag, simply look to Lucy Folk (also above)- you’ll use it long after the wedding day, we promise.
