Yesterday we rounded up the Best Wedding Cakes of 2022 and today it’s Wedding Parties – easy our most liked category of posts throughout the year – and what’s not to love, pretty gowns and suits, a whole heap of joy and love emanating forth from moments perfectly captured in time and most. importantly, ideas and inspiration for your own day of good times.

So on that note, we went ahead and collated the top 10 wedding parties from 2022 – as chosen by you from your likes, clicks and comments on Instagram and Pinterest throughout the year.  And what a delightful selection it is! From mixed wedding parties (who says the brides squad has to be all girls!) to mismatched gowns and all white ensemble.

We’ll let you get to scrolling, sharing and pinning. Texting this link to your own wedding party is also highly advisable to see what their thoughts and feelings (and budgets!) are for your own day of good times.  Once you’re done here be sure to check out all of these fab accessories, you’ll find some great bridal accessories and bridesmaids gifts in the mix (from unreal fur to heels, earrings and veils).

Tess & Dave’s inspo for the day was ‘vintage regatta farm’ and Tess’s maids certainly got the memo! While their soft, romantic dresses look oh so perfect together, these lovely ‘maids had free reign on what they wore and it came together like a dream. With photos by Keeper Creative, you can check out the rest of their love-fest here.

The minute this gorgeous day, capture by West Oz lens lady Amy Tomlinson Photography, popped up in our inbox we were swooning over the brides and bridesmaids ceremony outfits. The bride and her crew had a sneaky outfit change for the ceremoy and reception which you can check out right here.

Blush and Pink was clearly the order for the day for Georgia’s maids. We love her materials, tones and textures have been mixed up yet the look is still so cohesive and cool. And Bloodwood Botanica nailed the flowers too, of course. This rooftop snap by Queensland lens lady Janneke Storm was one of our most like Insta posts of the year. Gone are the days when wearing white to a wedding is taboo, especially if the bride insists upon it. By allowing her bridesmaids to choose their own styles Elise ensured everyone could find a cut that they not only felt good in but could wear again and again. Another day another epic The Calile Hotel wedding. This time bride Fern was slaying it with her maids rocking an epic range of block colours and we are here for it. If you’re a Queensland bride you you’re going to check out this wedding for the epic florals by Mrs Gibbons and gorgeous snaps by Jimmy Raper Photography.

We are such huge fans of South Coast lens lady Maple and June, we love her bright and candid snaps oh so much so it was no surprise this snap from Clare and Jono’s day was a hit with you guys over on the gram! Those pastel tones and wide smiles are enough to get anyone to double tap with love.

A Prea James bride, photographed by Miranda Stokkel – coral bridesmaids dresses you’d actually wear again. What is not to love? But the bridal party get up wasn’t the only inspiring aspect of this special day – so be sure to click here to check out the whole shebang

Again with The Calile Hotel! You guys were seriously loving on pretty much any and all photos of this epic Brisbane roof top venue. Ashani and her maids totally nailed their not one but two outfits on the day from both their traditional and cival parts of their day. This is easy one of our personal faves from the year. We loved so many things from Amy and Mat’s West Oz wedding. First up the fact that the bridesman’s bow-tie matches the bridesmaids dresses is all time! Secondly the fact that Amy and Mat took their wedding party for beers for their ‘portrait shoot’ made us wanna be their friends.

Another day, another epic West Oz wedding made our Best of 2022 list – this time it was Taylah and Paul’s bright and beautiful day captured by one of our fave Perth based lens ladies Peggy Saas. Warm block colours in shades of yellow and orange, pink and red came close (but not too close) to stealing the show from gorge bride Taylah. Wanna glean more inspo from this epic day of days? You know the drill – simply click here.
