Does anyone else love a high-school sweethearts story? We can’t get enough of cuties Lucy and Adam, who met in Year 10 and have been going strong ever since. Engaged for 16 months before making it official, the pair knew they wanted Jess from Lilac In Hand to snap the day after having a super-fun engagement shoot.

“Surround yourself with people and vendors who uplift you and invest in your vision!” is the advice they have for other couples planning, and it’s exactly what they did, calling on many talented folks to make their day special, from the styling by Found Collective and getting-ready robes by The Whole Bride to Lucy’s phenom Rue De Seine gown (which the gals at The Bride Lab helped her with). Big day goals right here, people.

THE VENUE “Adam and I had a weekend full of wedding venues booked into view, but upon meeting Coriole‘s vibrant wedding planner, Gen, the decision was made for us! I remember Adam and me getting in our car after our appointment and looking at one another with the biggest smiles on our faces, as we knew we had both made the same decision. There is no doubt it was the perfect location for our bohemian dream wedding!”

FAVE DETAILS “The moments we shared alone, having our private photos (with photographers Jess and Dylan of Lilac In Hand) were a highlight.”

THE DRESS “I excitedly booked my appointment at The Bride Lab and showed two photos of the Rue De Seine gowns I was hoping to try on – both unavailable in the Adelaide store. Nevertheless, The Bride Lab and I were invested in finding the perfect bohemian wedding gown. I tried on a number of different dresses until I found the radiant blush Rue De Seine Maneesh gown and veil. The Bride Lab with Rue De Seine gowns truly did cater for brides like me, a ‘unique, free-spirited bride!’ Effortlessly beautiful!”

MEMORABLE MOMENT “Our wedding was held at the beautiful Coriole vineyard and every detail was a bohemian bridal dream. A luxe full bouquet with blush, pink and coral charm peonies, terracotta pots, maple syrup favours and so much love in the air! We loved every minute.”

STANDOUT VENDORS “Adam and I count our lucky stars to have had the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to plan our dream wedding with Kelly of Found Collective; she truly is a ray of sunshine! She is wonderfully passionate, patient, hard-working, and a hype girl. Kelly whole-heartedly went above and beyond with her duties as a wedding stylist such as sourcing pots and vases for the table setting.”

These folks really went to town collecting awesome vendors, and you’ll find many of them (and a stack more!) over on our directory. While you’re there, be sure to peep Found Collective for styling, The Bride Lab for gowns galore, and The Whole Bride for, well… a bit of everything, and get in touch with our super-easy online contact form.
