Hello wonderful Hello May readers, I’m Leah. Golly gosh, I’m so happy you’re here!
Firstly, I have to admit that photography wasn’t necessarily in my blood or even on my radar in the early stages of my life. At the time I entertained the thought of photography, I was actually working in a law firm. I remember after travelling to China in 2008, I started experimenting and editing the photos I had taken and all of a sudden, I knew what I wanted to do with the rest of my life! I can’t think of a more real ‘light bulb’ moment than that.
When I think about capturing a wedding story, I sometimes can’t believe the amazing responsibility it is and how grateful I am that couples put their trust in me to capture all their most important, fun, tender, and beautiful memories.
Over the past 10 years I have worked very hard to create my own honest, romantic and soft style. Everyone is so different and the most important thing is photographing you as you are, whilst still creating art with the way that my eye views the world. All this means that you can just relax and enjoy your wedding day, knowing that no matter what you have planned, to me it is beautiful and I can’t wait to capture it all!
