One thing that everybody in the Hello May team has in common is that we love beauty. We can’t tell you how many lunch hours we’ve spent scrolling all things skincare, hair, and makeup, but it would be a lot. We feel like at this point we’ve become pretty well equipped with the who’s who of the wedding industry, so as a little Friday treat, we’re sharing with you the cream of the crop so that you can scroll them too.
We’ve got a few notorious HM faves in the round up (hi, Liv Lundelius and Samantha Lee), that we have been trusting and recommending for many years, as well as plenty of new finds that we have been in awe of recently, such as TxC Collective. We better not give it all away here though, so read on to find out who else made the list!

Veronika has done glam for the likes of bridal designers such as our friends Karen Willis Holmes and Rue de Seine, so you know that she’s gotta be an expert. She’s all about achieving a delicious ‘still feel like me’ look, with fresh skin, lashy eyes, and effortless hair. This Sydney-based hair and makeup artist is the perfect person to have by your side on the morning of your wedding. Jennifer‘s not only a master of the beauty trade with over 14 years experience behind her, but she’s a qualified Reiki practitioner, too. If you can’t tell by her funky hair, Kate digs colour, and we dig her for it. What’s more, she only uses 100% cruelty-free products, and the best of the best at that, including Hourglass, Kevyn Aucoin and Chantecaille. She put her brushes to work for Carolyn & Glen’s Melbourne Wedding, and in Carolyn’s words, they “loved, loved, loved her.” So do we! Head on over here to grab Kate‘s deets.
The Eternal Elegance team is based in both Sydney and Paris, so it’s guaranteed that their work is très chic. They ace a complete variety of looks, as seen at Alisha & Renee’s Sydney Wedding, with Alisha rocking a bold red lip while Renee’s natural features were subtly enhanced. You’ll find more weddings that Eternal Elegance were featured in here, and their services here – yes, that’s correct, every service includes a free lippie. If that doesn’t win you over then we don’t know what will.
THE FUTURE MRS
We speak on very good authority here when we say that The Future Mrs are a collective of beauty superstars – we’ve seen them get to work many a time on shoots such as All In On Details and Girl On Fire. Their M.O. is to connect brides with editorial makeup artists and hair stylists so that every client looks and feels like they’re fresh off a fashion shoot, as they should! Whilst originally located in Sydney, The Future Mrs has artists nationwide, so head here to chat availability and find out more.
HM couple Bronte and Tim describe Tara of Airlie&Co as “a perfectionist who works absolute wonders,” and we think that their summary is pretty spot on. Tara and her dream team have luminous skin down pat – in fact, they know skincare so well that they’ve even started Glow by Airlie&Co, which is a bespoke service to achieve that pre-wedding glow in the lead up. Head here to start working on your flawless skin goals with Tara, stat.

MAKEUP BY STEPHANIE JANE
Not only is Stephanie Jane a total makeup whiz, but she is an absolutely divine human being as well. We’re always having brides comment on how comfortable they feel under her brushes while she completes her signature soft glam look. Her big goal is for clients to feel empowered, so that they shine from within. Sound like what you’re after? Shoot her a message here.
Perth brides and grooms rave about TxC Collective. As a matter of fact, Shinnai and Michael hailed TxC as one of their standout vendors of the day, with Shinnai calling them a “total vibe,” which is a description that we love, btw. On a personal note, TxC Collective are one of our fave ‘grams to follow here at HM HQ because it’s chock full of inspo, from tutorials to beauty hacks and more.
GRACE ROBY HAIR
This is another clever cookie that Sydney brides have probably heard of before, however we can’t chance that you haven’t, because she’s that good. SAMANTHA LEE MAKEUP ARTIST
We love Samantha Lee‘s work so much that she has become one of our go-to girls for HM fashion editorials, such as Girl Got Grit and Let Love Bloom. She is the Queen of Dewy Skin, and her skills are even more magic in person. Samantha‘s always down for a chat, and when you book her in for your wedding (reach out here!), you’re also signing up for her magnitude of industry secrets to get your skin looking its finest beforehand.
MARY JANE ASHLYN
Mary Jane‘s vibe, in her own words, is “beautifully sleek chignons, big bouncy curls, and eyeliner with enough flick to knock Lady Gaga’s socks off,” and we mean, who isn’t a big fan of that? While her theatre makeup background has provided the expertise to bring the full glam, this creative lady is no one trick pony. As you can see above, she nails a natural and luminous look as well. Take Mary Jane through your goals for your bridal look here.
It’s not just LoveCo Beauty‘s artistry that gives us the warm and fuzzies. When LoveCo Founder, Mim, was building her ultimate beauty team, she put selecting kind, empathetic personalities at the forefront. Describing them as “professional, creative artists with huge hearts,” this is the Melbourne bunch to put you at ease. Did we mention that their soft signature look is pretty darn incred, too? See more LoveCo goodness here.
Where do we begin with the lovely Liv Lundelius? Liv is another one whose work has been splashed across the pages of HM many a time (including in our shoot with the infamous KWH!), because not only can we rely on her to nail every brief, but she is just an excellent person to be around, too. Liv specialises in the effortless vibe – let’s face it, when you’re that talented it comes to you naturally – and sees beyond trends to create a look that is timeless.
